Climbing Toward Our Peaks
At VERTICAL Climbing Center, we strive to make climbing accessible to everyone. For the third year in a row, in collaboration with the Vilnius City Municipality, we invite seniors to climb for free.
Project goal:To promote physical activity, improve fitness and coordination among seniors, and strengthen intergenerational connections by encouraging shared experiences and active participation in climbing activities.
We invite all seniors to join this friendly and energetic climbing group — let’s stay active and have fun together on the wall!
- Schedule: September 8 – December 29, 2024, every Sunday from 3 PM to 5 PM

- Participants: Seniors aged 60 and above
